condensed This research was conducted with the aim of comparative comparison of primary school management methods in Iran and Japan. Data and information have been analyzed and interpreted using George Brady's method. Most countries in the world, including advanced countries, have moved their country's school management towards decentralized management in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of schools. In this research, an attempt has been made to compare the experiences of a country like Japan in the management of primary schools, in cases such as the management of primary schools. , the method of selecting, training and hiring school principals, the method of managing schools and decision-making bodies and its conditions are examined. The community studied in this research consists of various aspects of elementary school management in the two countries of Iran and Japan. Various internet articles and Latin books related to the subject have been collected. The information has been collected and the results and analysis obtained in this research show that the management of elementary schools in Iran is managed in a centralized way and this issue has kept decision, intervention and participation far away and it is generally up to the institutions and managers of education. And breeding in decisions is viewed from a ceremonial point of view. Although the relationship between administrators and existing institutions in schools is friendly, trust and respect have faded due to the imposition of opinions and orders. Therefore, it is an inevitable necessity to move toward the management of elementary schools in Iran in a decentralized and self-governing manner, and schools and principals of elementary schools and institutions in these schools must be delegated the necessary authority
